Women's Vocational Centre

Choose your personal course schedule with at least 4 modules per week from the modules and individual coaching offers.

The total duration should be at least 6 weeks. Taster days, internships and work training complete this offer and increase your chance of starting a career or the opportunity to start a corresponding qualification measure.

  • Rhetoric, communication, body language and presentation
  • The role of women in family and work
  • All that is right! Legal and women's rights issues
  • Labour law presentation
  • Women and money : For more clarity, security and self-determination around the topic of money
  • Stress management and health Relaxation, mental training, creativity and mindfulness training
  • Promoting language skills in German (level A1 -C2): German spelling, grammar, reading, speaking, text competence, use of different language registers, language reflection including linguistic approaches, German for women of different origins and different professions
  • Digital skills: Basic Digital Skills, Information and Data Management, Social Media Handling, Internet, Communication and Collaboration, E-Learning, Digital Content Development, Data Protection and Data Security, Identifying and Closing Digital Skills Gaps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), DigCERT
  • Excursions, application workshop and one-on-one interviews
  • Digital skills: IT and the use of social media
  • English
  • Excursions, study groups, application workshop and individual interviews

This course is carried out and financed on behalf of the Public Employment Service of Lower Austria .

Group Counseling

Participation in individual modules is possible in consultation with your Frauenforumadvisor.

Individual counselling

The individual consultations can be used for individual topics such as education, social issues and financial matters.
The open space will take place in the Frauenforum Gänserndorf. We talk about topics of daily life that concern us all. You bring your questions with you and we look for answers and solutions together.
Participation in the individual interviews or group offers is not tied to registration with the AMS and is free of charge.
